No — they work on different levels. Profhilo improves the skin's underlying hydration capacity, your skincare maintains the surface. You will still want both, but you will notice products work better.
Profhilo is the standard for deep, lasting hydration in most adult skin. Mesotherapy is gentler, more course-based, and a good entry point — particularly for younger clients or those who want a more gradual change.
The Profhilo protocol is built around two doses 4 weeks apart. The second session makes the result stick. Single sessions are fine as later top-ups but a first-time client should plan for a course.
