Doctorate in biochemistry from Taras Shevchenko National University, Kyiv, and 15 years as a post-doctoral researcher and assistant professor before moving full-time into clinical skin work. Certified in Medical Cosmetology at the S. Yudin School of Beauty, Kyiv, in 2013, and an international speaker on skin biochemistry and evidence-based cosmetology.

Skin treatments have their own room: clinical lighting, a magnifying lamp for close work, a sink and prep area, and a fresh couch cover and single-use consumables for every client. Private and climate-controlled, at Richmond House, with free parking outside.
