Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so we can offer the time to another client. Missed appointments, including free consultations, are charged £30. Treatments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged £30, waived if you rebook within 7 days.
Consultations are free. There is nothing to pay and no card details are needed to book, simply choose a time that suits you. If you can't make your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead so we can offer the slot to someone else. Missed consultations are charged £30.
Peonella Group Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UK GDPR. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to process your booking (Fresha booking platform).
If you use our online quote request form, the details you provide (name, mobile number, treatment areas, and any notes) are used to prepare and send your personalised quote by WhatsApp. If you provide your email address, it will be added to our offers list so we can send you Peonella news and offers; you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.

Prices shown are correct at the time of publication and are in pounds sterling. We may change them at any time. A change does not affect a treatment or course you have already booked and paid for at the earlier price.
Online bookings are made through Fresha, a third-party booking platform with its own terms and privacy policy. WhatsApp and telephone enquiries are not confirmed bookings until we have replied to confirm the appointment.
