Cancellation policy, privacy policy and company information.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
Repeated short-notice cancellations may require full pre-payment for future bookings.
Consultations are free. To secure your appointment we take card details when you book. A £30 fee applies only if you do not attend, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Clients who attend pay nothing for the consultation.
Peonella Group Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with UK GDPR. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to process your booking (Fresha booking platform).
