Freeze away skin tags in seconds. No cutting, no scarring, no downtime.
Blemish Removal
Skin tags are small, soft, harmless growths that sit on a stalk, usually where skin rubs: the neck, underarms, eyelids, under the bust and the groin. The NHS classes removal as cosmetic, so most people are left to live with them or risk home remedies.
CryoPen removes them with a fine, pen-controlled jet of nitrous oxide at minus 89 degrees. The freeze takes a few seconds per tag, the tag dries and falls away over the following one to three weeks, and the skin underneath heals flat. No cutting, no stitches, no anaesthetic.
You are assessed at the start of the appointment and treated in the same visit. We do not diagnose skin lesions. Anything that is changing in size, shape or colour, bleeding, itching or that you are unsure about must be checked by your GP before we treat it. Moles are different: we do not remove a mole on sight. We can refer you to an offsite private medical service that examines the mole and confirms whether it is suitable for removal; the check is from £150 depending on how many moles are examined, payable whether or not the mole can then be treated. Book a free consultation and we will talk you through how the referral works.
Priced by the number and size of lesions treated in one visit, not by session; the assessment is included. Most skin tags, milia and age spots clear after a single freeze. If the same lesion needs a repeat treatment, it is charged at 50% of the original price.
