Microneedling is the treatment for skin that needs rebuilding rather than resurfacing: acne scars, pores that have stretched, fine lines and rough, uneven texture. Sessions are spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart and collagen keeps remodelling for months after treatment, so most clients book a course. For deeper or more complex scarring we combine it with polynucleotides or a DMK programme, planned at a free consultation.
